Who We Are
DonorSight AI helps nonprofit leaders turn donor history into executive-ready insight—so teams can focus limited capacity on the highest-impact next steps. We operate with privacy-by-design and data minimization at the core, designed to support organizations operating globally and align with GDPR and major US privacy requirements.
Our Mission
Help nonprofits protect and strengthen the donor relationships that fund their mission—by making donor behavior easier to understand, easier to prioritize, and easier to act on. Our insights are advisory and designed to support leadership decision-making with clarity and accountability.
Our Approach
Simple: Executive-ready dashboards and plain-English takeaways—no specialist team required to get value quickly.
Transparent: We don’t just flag risk or opportunity—we help explain why supporters are prioritized, and our predictions are advisory inputs for your team’s decisions.
Privacy-first: We process pseudonymized client datasets and minimize data by design—client datasets exclude direct identifiers (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers), full addresses, payment information, and special-category/sensitive data used to identify individuals.
Secure by design: Client data is uploaded to a private Microsoft SharePoint site and stored within Microsoft 365 with encryption in transit and at rest, consistent with Microsoft’s enterprise security standards.
